My first time getting any cosmetic work on any of the cars I have had. My windows look great on my 2018 Jeep Renegade. Scheduling was super easy and dropping off my car was super easy. Communication was the only issue I had. When it came to knowing when my car was done, because I didn’t wait at the shop, I had to call and ask if it was done. Turns out the car was ready and it made me wonder how long it was actually ready before I called. Also, when picking up my car, they were just going to hand me the keys and call it good because I had an online order and had paid in advance. I had to ask them if there was anything I should know for aftercare with the tint (no rolling down windows, cleaning, etc.). Overall satisfied with the work and facility but just wish the communication was better.

They brought out my truck and the lady at the front desk had to remind the installer that he forgot to install the tailgate wheather striping and he installed it in a hurry and l feel he did a poor job. Ran into a bit of an unexpected hiccup with the original roof rack platform ordered, the size was much larger than anticipated. ***** Update: Autoplex contacted me and made every possible effort to properly address my situation. They even went out of their way to work with my schedule and offered multiple solutions to my concerns. Two techs took time out of their busy day to talk to my about my concerns and their findings during install. They also conducted a walk through with me once they readjusted my cover. They'll make sure you're happy!Visited to have a truck bed cover moved from one vehicle to another. Unfortunately the installation was not completed. Upon arriving home we found that the front clamps were not tightened to the point where the front passenger side... clamp had completely fallen (I drove straight home from the shop). The drainage hoses were disconnected and the cover itself is completely lopsided. In some areas the rubber seal is bent and folded on itself and was left way. All the rain we had over the weekend leaked thru the sides. I got several quotes for this labor and Autoplex was not the cheapest but appeared to be the most reliable, trustworthy and they are close to work.read more

I had not heard about Autoplex until I was shopping to have my seats reupholstered. I called a company called Katzkin which does new leather kits to be installed at local shops. They aren't seat covers but an actual replacement for your old leather or fabric seats. I got the kit ordered from Katzkin and got an appointment setup with Autoplex to have them installed. Nate was the installer for my vehicle. The job was difficult because of wiring issues for the heating and cooling in the seat kits and placement of switches. When I got the vehicle back there were some issues with the install. The passenger seat was loose and the heating and cooling stopped working almost immediately and part of the install on that same seat looked like it was kind of Jerry rigged. I was advised by Nate that certain things were not included on the kit like they should have been from the factory. I got hold of Katzkin and showed them pictures and they sent out a new front kit and recut the leather... to make sure the fitment was right. It came out perfect on the second attempt. Everything working and everything looks good. I am very happy with the work done and the fact that both Autoplex and Katzkin did what they needed to in order to make things right. I know stuff happens and not every vehicle is the same, so I was never under the impression that there wouldn't be issues. I was just impressed by the fact that both companies stood behind their work and when it wasn't right neither tried to get out of it. They acknowledged it, addressed it and fixed it. I hope everything lasts and that there are no other issues. Only time will tell, but as for now I am very happy with Nate's work and the product that Katzkin put out.read more

I made an appointment with them to get my windows tinted.It was going to be the front windshield only but I asked last second if they could add a sun strip to the top on top of the tint they would be doing and sure enough the tint person said they would just throw it into the time frame. They've tinted my windows in the past and now did again. Nothing but good results.They only tint as low as 15% on all side and back window, the ly only tint 50% on windshields, and 5% as a sun strip. They have 3 tint type options.

So one year ago I bought a topper, hitch and tough bed liner. The bed liner was great. The topper and the hitch wiring was another story. It took 4 visits for the tech to get the wiring right. What a joke. I never complained. Now for the topper, bad leak in the front. When I went in "The tech" adjusted the weather strip. It leaked worse. When I complained the guy said we don't guarantee that it won't leak...Final analysis, go to the Loveland Autoplex.
